WindStream Communications Sr Analyst Systems Transformation in Greenville, South Carolina

Job Description:

The focus of this position is to improve efficiency and enablement of Field Operations by observing and partnering with local Operations, and related CSMB support teams. Emphasis on systemic opportunities are expected to come directly from this position via site-visit collaboration, observations, and end-user reporting. The ability to quantify and provide root cause analysis to assess impact will be critical, paired with the ability to develop solutions and communicate with the user community. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for Field Operations system issues, enhancements, and roll-outs and will coordinate rapid change with IT in areas of strategic importance .

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Identify system opportunities and quantify impacts across a wide range of CSMB tools and applications

  • Collaborate with the business, IT, and support groups to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success metrics, to quantify and accelerate adoption, enablement, and change

  • Compose IT requirements and user stories. Partner with IT to identify the best solution to meet the needs of the business

  • Provide clear and concise details to IT during LOE sessions, leveraging the appropriate business SMEs as needed to ensure realistic expectations are established and managed

  • Create and regularly maintain a closed loop feedback process for communication to end users including Stream, Regular Status reports, and individualized area assessments and updates.

  • Identify training needs, review training documentation including workflows, process guides, and quick reference guides

  • Coordinate implementation plan (lock-down, in-flight plan, business verification and back-out)

  • Serve as point of contact to the business for post deployment support

  • Lead deployment efforts and maintain proactive communication throughout the process to all levels within the business

    Minimum Requirements:

    College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7 years professional level related experience with 1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • History of Strategic Plan Execution

  • Demonstrated history of managing projects from concept to completion

  • Advanced user of MS Excel/Access

  • Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines

  • Advanced User of JIRA, Confluence & SharePoint

  • Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or predictive analytics software is a plus

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written

  • Highly motivated and self-directed individual
